APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENT
Applications Will Not Be Accepted Without Accompanying Payment.
No Refunds or Cancellations (this includes “no shows”) Additionally, should PPES Inc., in its sole discretion, deem collection action necessary, whether prior to, during or subsequent to litigation, the entire cost of collection, including attorneys' fees, costs, shall be paid by Exhibitor/Vendor.
CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK POLICY
A "charge back" occurs when a customer disputes a credit card charge. A fraudulent charge back occurs when a customer attempts to dispute a charge for merchandise that they have knowingly purchased and have returned for a refund.
Attempting to dispute a "valid" credit card charge is fraudulent and is illegal in most states. PPES Inc., does not tolerate charge back fraud. Additionally, should PPES Inc., in its sole discretion, deem collection action necessary, whether prior to, during or subsequent to litigation, the entire cost of collection, including attorneys' fees, costs, shall be paid by Exhibitor/Vendor.
CHANGES IN EVENT NAME, HOURS, PROGRAM, LOCATION OR DATE OF EVENT
PPES Inc., reserves the right to make adjustments to the name, hours, program, location and date at any time.
If PPES Inc. cancels an event, a credit will be applied towards a future show. The credit will be valid for 3 years
Exhibitor will be responsible for exhibitor insurance. This clause does not apply to Direct Sales Companies.
(N/A to direct sales companies: Avon, Mary Kay, It Works, Tupperware, etc.)
ACCEPTABILITY OF EXHIBITS
All exhibits shall serve the interests of PPES Inc., attendees and affiliates and shall be operated in a way that will not detract from other exhibits, the exhibition, or the event as a whole. PPES Inc., reserves the right to require the immediate withdrawal of any exhibit which PPES Inc., believes to be injurious to the purpose of PPES Inc.
APPEARANCE OF EXHIBITS
All exhibits must have an attractive appearance.
USE OF SPACE
Exhibitors shall not sublet, assign, or share any part of the space allocated to them without the written consent of PPES Inc., Exhibitors shall not use the space outside their booth area for demonstrations or display of any kind, including freestanding signs and adjacent columns, walls, and aisle ways.
SALE OF MERCHANDISE
The sale of types of merchandise and/or specific products at our events is subject to approval by PPES Inc., Exhibit Coordinator or other on-site staff acting on behalf of PPES Inc., Exhibit Coordinator. New exhibitors may be asked to submit a photograph of an exhibit set up before their application can be accepted.
Floor plan assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. PPES Inc., reserves the right to make alterations to the floor plan, table/booth assignments, and table/booth size. Changes may occur at any time prior to the set up to accommodate show needs. Upon arrival, you must check in at the registration table. (Follow the signs)
Identification badges with names prominently displayed must be worn for the duration of the event.
DURING SHOW HOURS
All aisles and common areas are the property of PPES Inc., Any disruption of free movement or solicitation in the aisles or common areas is an infringement of the rights of other exhibitors and will not be tolerated. This includes the distribution of any materials or solicitation of any kind.
DAMAGE TO EXHIBIT FACILITIES
The exhibitor must surrender his or her space in its original condition. The exhibitor shall not injure or deface the walls or floors of the exhibit facilities, the tables or any other furniture. When such damage occurs, the exhibitor shall be liable to the owners of the property so damaged.
Demonstration areas must be organized within the exhibitor’s space so as to not interfere with any aisle traffic. Those who interfere with the normal flow of walking traffic will be forced to cease the demonstration. If it occurs again, management will have the exhibitor removed from the premises and exhibitor will forfeit all money.
Music and noise levels generated by an exhibit cannot disrupt the business activity of any other exhibitor. PPES Inc., has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove the device and/or activity that produces the noise or music.
ETHICAL AND DIGNIFIED CONDUCT
Exhibitors are responsible for the conduct of their employees, service personnel, representatives, agents, and guests and all persons shall conduct themselves in an ethical and dignified manner at all times.
PPES Inc., makes every reasonable effort to provide adequate protection for exhibitors’ merchandise and displays during non-exhibit hours. Exhibitors should be aware that a building can never be made totally secure when being used for an exposition. Neither PPES Inc., the facility, nor the security contractor will accept any responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise. Exhibitors are encouraged to take precautionary measures to safeguard against theft.

Exhibitors are solely responsible for following shipping and storage guidelines set forth by the event site and assume any related charges for handling and storage.

Comprehensive Marketing Program - A well-attended event is well advertised and PPES Inc., has a fully integrated advertising campaign to promote the event, including some of the following:

PPES INC., DOES NOT GUARANTEE ATTENDANCE, HOWEVER, WE WILL GIVE YOU THE ANTICIPATED
AMOUNT OF ATTENDEES THAT WE EXPECT TO ATTEND
PPES Inc., (PPES) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by PPES, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. PPES may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by PPES including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I hereby release and hold harmless PPES Inc., and its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and representatives
of any and all liability arising out of attendance at the PPES Inc., Events.
In consideration of your use of the Website services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract as per the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By clicking on the submit button this Agreement (marked ‘I agree to the terms and conditions.”), you indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and limitation of liability as set out in this Agreement. Such acceptance shall be either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent or on behalf of a minor.
You should read this Agreement carefully before clicking on the submit button on the registration form. By clicking the submit button you agree and undertook that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the same.
